Muscle Warfare Training Center (MWTC) offers the highest level of training for MMA and athletics. In August of 2010, MWTC joined forces with The Armory MMA and Cavaca Jiu-Jitsu to further provide the highest quality training for our athletes. This collaboration brings some of the most promising athletes in the world at combat sports into the fold at MWTC. These athletes will teach, train and compete for Muscle Warfare Training Center. Joe Mullings, owner of The Armory Jupiter states, “This collaboration is a BIG move for The Armory and Muscle Warfare. Look for a LOT more to come from this.” Joe is now bringing his own Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Expertise to the gym. Joe has created some of the most effective and sophisticated S&C programs for multiple top MMA/Jiu-Jitsu athletes. Currently, Joe trains top lightweight UFC prospect Edson Barboza “JR” and Eduardo Guedes out of MWTC/The Armory.
In addition to growing the S&C program, Muscle Warfare now has the very best competitive jiu-jitsu black belts in the world teaching and training at the center. Rodrigo Cavaca is an extraordinary talent in Jiu-Jitsu and is the current Super Heavy Weight world title holder.
His students are also teaching at Muscle Warfare and his prodigy student “Bushesha” Almeda, just won the Worlds light heavy weight and absolute in California! Cavaca’s student Thiago Abreu, whom is another highly decorated black belt also teaches at MWTC. With this high level of Jiu-Jitsu instruction, students will be coming from all around the world just to get a chance to train with these incredible black-belts.
In addition, home grown Black Belts Rafael Chaves and Eduardo Guedes maintain their longtime exceptional programs at The Armory Jupiter.
